Regardless of the direction you are travelling from, join the A38 Exeter to Plymouth “Devon Expressway”. Proceed in the appropriate direction to the “Marsh Mills” interchange with the A374, on the East of the City. At the “Marsh Mills” interchange take the slip road and exit for the A374 sign-posted City Centre. Continue along A374 for approximately 4 km (3 miles) noting brown signs for ‘Barbican’. Before arriving at ruined church take left-hand slip road at traffic lights, sign-posted Barbican. Cross a set of pedestrian controlled traffic lights and bear left at the mini-roundabout. Cross two more sets of pedestrian controlled lights. Immediately before the next set of traffic lights turn left into Hoe Gate Street and proceed up the hill to the first junction. Mount Edgecumbe Masonic Hall is located about 100 yards down Citadel Road to the left but there is no parking available here. Carry on up Lambhay Hill and park wherever is convenient.
