Regardless of the direction you are travelling from, join the A38 Exeter to Plymouth “Devon Expressway”. Proceed in the appropriate direction to the “St. Budeaux” interchange with the B3413, towards the North West of the City (approximately 1 mile from the Tamar bridge), sign posted St. Budeaux and Ernesettle. Leave the A38, negotiate the various mini roundabouts that form part of this interchange and follow signs for St. Budeaux, down Victoria Road. Cross a mini-roundabout, continuing down the hill. After the next double mini-roundabout complex, continue down hill and look out for old cinema building on right hand side. The Victoria Masonic Hall is on the diagonally opposite corner. Only on-street parking is available.
